A day to rest

Mike is taking the day to rest today. He did not sleep well as he woke a couple times with elevated PVC’s. He could feel his heart rate speeding up. After sitting up his heart settled down but then he was wide awake. Pray with me that his mind would be protected from worry and that he will rest and allow his heart and chest to heal. Pray that we girls will enable him to have some quiet time and space.
