Well we have officially moved. The girls are having a great time in the pool. In fact today we went out and on our way home I turned to find Natalie like this in the car. [...] Are we ready for this? I don’t know but come April 13th we will have a new puppy in our home. We went to meet her tonight as she will be a birthday present for Natalie and Courtney. Natalie was pretty excited. Here are a couple of pictures and little video. Natalie even sat still [...] Natalie was baptized today. It was really amazing as a parent to watch your little girl be excited about showing all her friends and family that she believes Jesus is her Savior. Last year Natalie prayed and asked Jesus to come into her heart. Since then she has been learning and processing what it means [...] Here are some videos from [...] We are still waiting in CVICU but Mike is doing great. He has walked laps around the floor. Most of his tubes have come out and they are just monitoring and watching his meds. He is getting some good and needed rest today. We will move to the step down when a room comes available [...] We have had several friends ask about bringing us meals. Since we like to eat and feel responsible to feed our children we will gladly accept the offers. I have set up a meal calendar here on our blog. See the link at the top of the page. We are hoping to be home sometime [...] We had a great day today. We were home all day and just enjoyed being together as a family with my mom and Mike’s parents. We were even able to chat online with some family in California. The highlight for me was at the end of the day. Natalie played a christmas song on the [...] Ok somehow we have avoided a visit with Santa for 6 years. We have been honest about Santa Claus only to be told by our children that we are wrong and that he is real. So last year we gave in to peer pressure (our parents) and let them have their own ideas of [...] I am still working on getting our Christmas cards out. Enjoy this online card in the mean time. Make a Smilebox [...] Our community group had the opportunity to adopt three families this Christmas. It was so fun to shop and pray for these families. May Gods love be evident as they enjoy these gifts. [...] |
