Last night Mike took Natalie out for a date night. She has recently lost three of her baby teeth. Her smile is really cute. While on their date Mike took her to a new girls clothing store. She found a shirt she liked and Mike told her she had to come back with me because he knew I would not pay the much for a little girls shirt. Later on she said she wanted to save up some money to go back and buy something she liked. Mike told her the shirt cost was $30. She said, “Wow, I don’t even have that many teeth”.
(she has been saving her $1 per tooth from the tooth fairy)

Anabel’s cord fell off today. Here is a quick video of her first bath. She was not thrilled but did enjoy having her hair washed.

Courtney celebrated her 4th birthday at home with family on the 13th. Grandma Linda, Pop, Lou, Jenna and Mimi were all here to enjoy her choice - green eggs and ham for dinner and cupcakes for dessert. She was a little disappointed that the ham was not green too. We argued briefly that it was only the eggs that were green until she got the book and proved to us that the ham should be green as well. maybe next year.
We also celebrated with friends and Grandpa and Mai Mai on the following Saturday at Monkey Joe’s. She had fun jumping and sliding with friends. She chose to have a Diamond Castle cake with Melody the music muse on it. Thanks Mimi!

We started yesterday not sure at about 5 in the morning. Contractions started every 5 minutes and we were on our way to the hospital within the hour. We checked and were assigned to a great nurse, Bonnie around 7:30. What an answer to prayer! She was so supportive and great! By the time the doctor broke my water we were ready to get moving. We moved to complete pretty quickly and we were ready to push. With everyone in place we pushed a few times and then it wasn’t long and Anabel joined us. She was 7lbs. 14 1/2 oz. and 20″ long. She is beautiful and healthy. She is nursing and sleeping well. We are praising God and counting our blessings.
Here are a couple of pictures with the big sisters. They really like her. They said she is so cute and have enjoyed holding her.

Natalie recently started a journal. She writes a story of a sentence or two and draws a picture to go with it. Today on our way to church she wrote, “God is powerful” and drew a picture of Jesus with his arms open wide. Very cool! Then a few minutes later and on the next page she writes, “I can whistle with my nose”. Did I mention that it is allergy season?
Happy 6th birthday to Natalie!

Natalie celebrated her sixth birthday with friends last night at Ceramic Celebrations here in Hendersonville. She had a great time celebrating with good friends. They were so sweet to each other and really enjoyed painting and eating together.

Ok so everyone has been asking and we not completely decided. We are leaning heavily towards one of the following names. Which do you think it is or which to do you like best. Don’t be offended if we don’t pick your choice.
